The Ferry

We had decided that rather than drive around the 550 km we would take the 2 hr Ferry ride

We only had to wait in line for 1 1/2 hrs and we were on our way.

$329.00 lighter

They put the coach in the middle at the front so I was the first to get off and hold everybody up cause I didn't know where I was going.Too bad-so-sad.

The trip over was kind of rough and I did not like it.I've only been sea sick on the sea before not on a lake.

How the hell can we buy a boat if this shit is going to happen.

I have to do something,Right?

Anyway,the Shit Hawks enjoyed the trip cause some little snot pickers fed them,I'd rather just shoot the bastards.

Breena was off playing with a new friend and I told Granny I was taking a picture of a light house

We did arrive on land and headed for the campground

Tobermory

Tobermory On, That was or destination and we have arrived.

We were up so early some mornings there was still fog around.

                 We spent the night on Manitoulin Island where the weather was again gorgeous.

The view wasn't bad either.

We went down by the Ferry Terminal, which is about the only thing this town has.

For dinner,the Pier Side Restaurant advertised the "best fish and fresh cut fries on the island" so that's what we had.
The Island is in trouble if this is their best.Not only that but we paid $13.99 for i piece then we went a block off the main drag for ice cream and they had the same thing for $7.99 and served in news paper.OMG!

Anyway we enjoyed ourselves and checked out the ferry we would be taking the next day.

WE ARE IN WAWA,ON.

We have campground internet as ours seems to suck here in Ontario

Beenie Banana is doing her usual activity

And apparently she is not alone

Me I just drive,drive drive.

The weather is still awesome and hopefully it will stay that way.

We have had a few electrical issues with the coach but we are coping due to the genius that drives.

Diesel is only $1.34/ltr and gas $1.39

Sales tax is 12%

Campgrounds are made for baby motorhomes

And Bob is your Uncle.

YUP THE INTERNET SUCKS
Hardly able to do anything.

We made it to Ontario and are staying at a truck stop in Dryden.
Just heading over to Pizza Hut for some grubb

Just travelling

Yes we left Alberta behind.We did beat noon but we lost an hour in time change today.

As the sign says we naturally passed right through Saskatchewan cause it ain't that big.

We are now in a campsite at Oak Lake Manitoba

GONE

We did get away but dam it it was the crack of noon!

Just when you start hooking up half the people in the park come by to see where your heading and how your shit works.It didn't help that Millie and Dwayne came by for a drink or so after we got home last night.

I had to make the decision of Yellowhead or #1 Hwy,I chose #1 cause we always go Yellowhead and I think the road south is smoother.So far the road has been great but we only made it to Medicine Hat,AB. 595km/370m and 6 hrs later.

Breena has a cold and is sniffing a lot but other than that the trip is going well.She even spent some time looking out the window.I think the batteries in her I pod were dead

So I'm sure we will get away a little earlier this morning,hopefully.Today is  gorgeous

ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Well here we are in day 1 of our new trip.

We said our good-byes last night and we are up and should be ready to leave before noon,Hurray!

It's a dull and dreary cold day but there is some blue  sky which shows promise.
