Puerto Vallarta

It was off to PV with a stop at the marina for breakfast.

The Invader was back in her berth where she normally resides

And the Iguanas were out sunning

After breakfast the women and Rod headed down the Malecon

I was  just trying to stay ahead of the law

The whales were jumping in the bay again.

The women ,well,I think ,hell what would I know.

They were posing I guess

Doneen did the mermaid thing

Then they went to visit an old school buddy who has a shop here

Some sightseeing was in order for them also.

I just sat on the beach and drank beer with my friend Mel.

Later, as pre-arranged we got together at Longostinos

And Bob's your uncle

Bucerias

We took a cab into Bucerias

I headed for the beach

They went shopping

I had a beer

They did more shopping

The horses came with me,they didn't want to shop either

When the shopping was over we wandered down the beach to Adiamo's

where we were serenaded

Soon the sun was setting and it was time for dinner

Just another beautiful day in Paradise.

Peggy's Birthday

Yup!

She got another year older.

We just hung out around the pool today and then went to the Huanacaxtle Bar for a few before dinner

I got to hang out with Abril

Pitt was also there.Pitt is Jodie's fire eating,sailing,Aussie friend

Then it was off to Frascati's for dinner

Where we know the pasta is fresh

The drinks are fancy

The desert was free

And the waiters are friendly

Happy Birthday to Peg

Then it was off for our very very very last one at Ososo's

There,Rod and I got into the tequila

The bar tender attacked me with an axe when I went behind the bar

I also had to straighten things out with Angel,the owner

So after they kicked us out we went home.

A Busy Day

Doneen and Rod went to church

(it looks like she forgot her deodorant)

Then they went to the market




We stayed home cause it was Daytona 500 day

It seems to me that Nascar is not Rod's sport.

After the race it was time to go out.

We didn't want to bore Rod into falling asleep again?

First I had to take care of some unfinished Mexican business and then we were off

The first stop was the Huanacaxtle for a couple??

Then it was Tacos on the Street where we had to wait in line to get a seat.

We did manage to get a table and some food and most importantly WINE

Rod and I were having a good time and friendly too!

Even the computer generated bill did not dampen our spirits

So off to Ana Banana's we went

Where even more fun was had

Then it was time to take the busy freeway home

Where the security guard was eager to see us return.

Tomorrow is Peggy's birthday but I think we might have done some celebrating a little early

What the hell! a good time was had by all.
