Awesome

Yup,Awesome "THEY" told us to get out of Dodge for the weekend cause it will be so busy around the pool that we won't even have a chance at getting a lounge chair.

Who the hell are "THEY"

It's just about noon as I look to the left

And to the right,

And straight ahead.Just me and the Boobies

(Get your mind out of the gutter-That's what the birds are called)

They started coming around 1pm but it didn't get real busy till around 4

By then who cares,it's happy hour

So it's off to Ososo's

Angel,one of the owners,tried to scare us off.

But that didn't work.

Normally there is hardly anyone on this stretch of beach by Ososo's

There is always something to look at here cause it's in the Marina

Then it was over to Sandzibar,where we have never eaten before

The public beach had thousands of people

We also ran into our friends from the de-funked Huanacaxtle out celebrating Abril's birthday.

We enjoyed ourselves as usual.

The wine is overpriced here but what the hell,the food was excellent.

And Bob's your uncle.

Staying

To hell with it.
We are staying here for a few days

They claim this area has been invaded by approx 250,000 visitors for the weekend.

WOW!

The traffic is Horrendous,so why take chances

Even the traffic in our little town is busy.we are not even going  to leave La Cruz.

We love it here so here we shall stay.

We had another great day of doing nothing and laying around the pool

At happy hour we went to Ososo's for a few.The ex governor was there dining with 16 of his closest friends and relatives.I don't know why we were not invited.We live in the same complex!

So we went up the hill.which is much better than over the hill.

We went to Roberto's Xocolat

Roberto was there. Praying that we would not come in-but we did anyway.

We arrived just after 6:30 and were the first guests of the night.

It was not dark yet.

And the view is spectacular.

You could even see PV

We had some wine

We had some food.

Speaking of food!

One of the specials was Cadillac Fajitas.

Which means if you order the Fajitas you get a free Cadillac.

Well,maybe not exactly.

We had them and they were fantastic and we are still driving the same dam car

After dinner we went home to sew stuff

We are enjoying the weather while we wait to go home.

The pool is crowded but what the hell

It's a holiday!

We did nothing all day and nothing all night.Ordered in a pizza and took it easy

One more day in Paradise

The Last Supper

We finished packing up.
We are ready
The car is ready

We picked up Joyce and Gerry and stopped by Ana Banana's to say good bye to JC.

From there it was off to Frascati's for our last supper

As usual it was great and we enjoyed our time with The Grueners

We have said good-bye to everyone but we are not leaving yet!

Every Mexican we have spoken to has told us not to drive these roads on Thursday or Friday.

It seems that these are the two busiest days of travel of the whole year.everyone goes to the beach.so for the first few hours we will be travelling against all the traffic coming to this area,then for the next few hours we will be going with all the traffic heading to Mazatlan 

They claim the traffic will be bumper to bumper and the Mexican drivers have no patience.They love to pass on hills and curves and there are tons of accidents

Therefore we will not be leaving until Saturday morning

This will be fun as everything is packed in the car and we gave away all our food,drink and condiments and Bob's Your Uncle!

What a Country!

Last Trip to PV

Made our last trip to PV for this season.

We picked up Eva and Clarke and headed to Daiquiri Dick's for lunch and a few beers

Lunch lasted most of the afternoon and we had a great visit.
No camera again

After dropping them off we went back to La Cruz.
We had to go out for dinner cause Peg gave away all our food.

Went by Ana Banana's to say bye to JC but he was not there.

So we went to Britannia's where we had a great meal,a few drinks and enjoyed Open Mike Night.

Stopped for our very,very,very last one at Ososo's and then said good-bye
to them

It's always the shits when it's time to go

Time is flying by now

We've started to pack up shit for the trip home.
What do we take?
What do we leave?
I think we should leave me!

We went into Bucerias to see Joyce and Gerry just in time for happy hour
Imagine that

Then we went to LeBistrot for dinner

It is a quiet secluded little french restaurant that had excellent food and you can bring your own wine so the bill was not too big.

Had a great time then we went back to The Gruner's for a night cap

What a Country

The week end

                                                          Saturday we just sat around.

Watched Kyle win the Nationwide race

Sunday we just sat around  too

Watched Kyle win the Sprint Cup race

Got another one back from Mel.Now I'm only down $5.00

After the race we headed on down to Ososo's where we met Brenda and George.

We ended up having quite a few there and then it was off to Taco's On The Street

Had a great time

Speaking of time!

Our time is running out here.We will probably be heading north on Thursday

Chillin

We are still chillin

so here is a joke

A man was riding a bus, minding his own business, when the gorgeous woman next to him started

to breastfeed her baby.

The baby wouldn't take it, so she said,

eat it all up or ... I'll have

  Five minutes later, the baby was still not feeding,
so she said,

  A few minutes later, the anxious man

blurted out,

I was supposed to get off four stops ago!"

Exhausted

We are exhausted!

Doing nothing but enjoying the weather.

Goodbye Again

We started the day with brunch at the PV Marina.

Deb and John were leaving

Time to say good bye

Once again a great time was had by all

After we left them at the airport it was over to the Holiday Inn

An ex-step mother Eva and her husband Clarke had arrived from Toronto on Monday

The Holiday Inn is an all inclusive so we took them some where else.

We ended up bringing them out to La Cruz and down to OSOSO'S.

Once there Eva dove into the oysters and the beer

After that we just sat around our place and had a great visit until they headed back to PV

Another Last day

Deb and John's last day

It was the pool again

Then off to Bucerias

We had reservations for dinner

And a show called The Crazy Bitches

Three female impersonators

The bar was well stocked

And the BBQ was hot

Gerry and Joyce were already into it when we got there 

Dinner was excellent

Happiness was everywhere

The show started with Leanne Rimes

Next came a comedy act with Lucy

Followed by Lady GaGa

Then Shania Twain

Some more raunchy comedy

I really liked Cher

So did Peggy

I don't care what you think but this guy has a great ass!

The MC was really funny and a great juggler

These guys put on a great show

We had an awesome time
